Please let me know your timeline for the day, this might include getting ready times, the time you both plan on heading to the ceremony area, time of the ceremony, call for dinner, speeches, cake cut, first dance & anything else in between! (if you would find it easier to send this to me in a separate email or with an attachment please feel free to leave blank)
Anything special I should be aware of, such as anything you made yourselves, anything passed down / gifted, anything customised that you would like special attention paid to, if you would like your stationary included in your morning detail photos etc.
Your epic suppliers! It's great to be able to connect with and thank the amazing people who made your visions come true. Please feel free to share them all here, this might include dress / suit boutiques & designers, celebrant, H/MUAs, coordinator, videographer, content creator, entertainment, cake, props, confetti, stationary and so on, even if it’s to shout out to a creative auntie or friend!
Group photos, if you would like to set aside a small amount of time to take group portraits with certain guests (eg. family) please list them here. I personally recommended keeping the list to no more than 10 groups as any more can really eat into your timeline and candid moments can be much more precious to look back on! (please note, photos with your best people don't need to be included here)
Photo fun! Are you planning on adding anything to your couple / best people photos such as smoke bombs, streamers, left over confetti, champagne spray, any accessories you want me to carry for you like sunglasses, hats etc?
